A multi-specialty, physician owned, ophthalmology group is interested in adding an additional Glaucoma Fellowship trained Ophthalmologist. The current surgeons have strong cataract practices alongside their glaucoma patient base and the new associate is expected to have the same. The group does do refractive cataract surgery and those patients will be available as well. Most important to the group is a patient first mentality; it is important to the group to always do what’s right for the patient, not what’s the most profitable.

The practice has updated clinics and none that are long-distance satellites. All surgery is done at nearby surgery centers than can be bought into. The physicians in the group are collaborative and partners lead the practice in a very democratic way. There are more partners than associates. Hospital call is optional.

Compensation will be a base salary with a production bonus. Partnership can be offered in as little as 2 years which the group heavily encourages by providing a simple buy in plan.

Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2022 residents and fellows
