Job Description:
A multi-specialty ophthalmology practice is interested in adding a comprehensive ophthalmologist to their growing practice. A new associate will be on a 2 year partnership track. The practice is patient centric and designs clinic schedules to allow time with patients while still maintaining an efficient patient flow.
A new associate will have patients available to them on arrival and have autonomy in how they grow their practice. The practice does attract patients who want refractive cataract surgery. With the diverse referral the practice currently has, they see varied pathology and has great surgical volumes. Surgery can be done in a nearby surgery center – there is no hospital call required. Scribes and ample tech support will be provided to every surgeon in the practice.
The practice is looking for someone who is interested in partnership and takes a patient centered approach to their care. It is important that a new surgeon fit in well with both the current surgeons and staff.
Requirements of the Ophthalmologist
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Open to 2023 residents
