Opportunity to join an established Ophthalmology practice that is looking to add a Full-Time Glaucoma/cataract Surgeon. The new associate will be handed down patients and cases immediately to get them to a good surgical volume quickly; it will be mostly cataracts. The practice currently doesn’t have a glaucoma surgeon so all advanced glaucoma procedures will go to the new associate. Surgery will be done an ASC of which equity can be purchased with partnership. Practice call will be about 1 in 10 weekends and there is no required hospital call.
The practice is only looking for those interested in partnership as all but the newest associate are partners and the practice has never had anyone leave. All of the doctors get along greatly in the practice and they have a very collegial environment.
Compensation will be a negotiable base salary with production bonus and great benefits package.
Requirements: M.D./D.O. and Board Certified/Eligible.
