Responsibilities of the Call Center Manager

  • Directs the flow to capture incoming communications from patients
  • Patient engagement, appointments, and insurance verifications
  • Assess critical or emergency patient calls

Requirements of the Call Center Manager

  • Minimum 3 years call center, front desk, customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills (Bilingual Spanish preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience with high volume call coordination
  • Experience with Ophthalmology, Optometry Insurance ideal
