Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the office.

Serves as the first point of contact for staff and supervises all staff at assigned location(s).

Contribute to the annual business planning process, quarterly goal setting and annual operating budget process for practice(s).

Responsibilities of the Practice Administrator

Oversee daily deposit reconciliation and onsite cash management protocols.

Oversees all departments and regulates hours that are being worked by personnel: Time Clock, Absentee, Downtime and Schedule Management.

Requirements of the Practice Administrator

Professional, affable, courteous demeanor

HR Management: Hiring, Onboarding, Evaluations, Mentoring, Scheduling, Supervising

Resolves escalated staff and patient complaints, Policy development and project management
