Responsibilities of the Practice Manager

  • Oversee ophthalmology practice day to day operations and efficiencies
  • Supervising employees/ Scheduling
  • Work in conjunction with managers in place for multiple offices
  • Maintaining clear communication with the Doctor(s)

Requirements of the Practice Manager

  • Minimum 3 years of Management or Operations experience
  • Proven record of success in improving flow and overall practice growth
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and critical thinking skills
  • Computer systems and software programs capability
