Ophthalmic Clinical Director

Stay out of the snow and live in a progressive metro area with a large university atmosphere, an abundance of entertainment, culinary and outdoor activities.

Medium size mixed Ophthalmology/Optometry practice has opening for experienced manager of operations. The focus is clinical operations, facilities and front office patient relations. Will not immediately need to deal with credentialing, billing, accounting, HR, etc. but experience in these areas a plus. COT or COE preferred but experience in multi-doctor, multi-location ophthalmology/optometry clinic setting is most important. Emphasis on training of technical staff, operational flow and patient satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of Ophthalmology or Optometric clinical management experience.
  • Ophthalmology EMR configuration, ophthalmic diagnostic image management, MIPS, and related knowledge.
  • Premium channel IOL and oculo-plastics knowledge.
  • OSC, COA, COT training experience.

Practice is well-established and expanding. Opportunity to advance to practice administrator for the right candidate.
