A boutique refractive practice in the heart of San Francisco is looking for a new office manager. The new manager should be adept at creating a customer service experience for patients throughout the entire process of getting refractive surgery. The practice is well known and rated for their upscale service to patients – a tradition they need the new office manager to continue. This will require great attention to detail.

The practice is one clinical location with all refractive procedures done on site. The new manager will work in conjunction with the owner to run the practice smoothly. The new manager will manage staff, budgeting, accounts payable, implementing marketing strategies, and working with the referral network of the practice.

Compensation will depend on experience but will be generous.

No previous ophthalmic office management experience required but preferred.
