Quickly growing group ophthalmology practice is looking for an associate who would like to focus on comprehensive patients including cataract surgery and build up an oculoplastics practice. The new surgeon will have a robust number of internal referrals from the optometrists who work within the practice. The practice is designed for efficiency and the optometrists focus on primary care in support of the surgeon. Cases will be done in a surgery center.
A new surgeon will have autonomy in practice and how they wish to build their practice. The practice will support the new surgeon in growing a cosmetic patient base if that is what is desired.
Compensation will be a generous base salary with a production bonus along with an opportunity to buy into the practice quickly.
Requirements of the Comprehensive/Oculoplastic Surgeon – Ophthalmologist
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Will complete/have completed an oculoplastic fellowship
