All retina practice is seeking an additional retina surgeon to join them on a partnership track. The group has a partner who is looking to slow down and cut back from doing surgery. Currently the surgeon has a full clinical schedule consisting of around 50 patients per day and a few cases per week. Surgically, the practice focuses on macular degeneration, diabetic related cases, and detachments. There is no ROP or oncology cases being done in the practice

The practice has 2 clinic locations and doing surgery at hospital nearby each location. Call is only required at one of those hospitals but is compensated and combined with other retina surgeons in the area. Each surgeon will generally take 5-6 weeks per year.

Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Have completed/will complete a surgical retina fellowship
