There is an opportunity to join an established Ophthalmology practice that is looking to add a Full-Time Pediatric Ophthalmologist. The new associate will have a great deal of autonomy and consult with the practice on building a clinic specifically for pediatric ophthalmology. The practice already has a large referral base and would greatly support the new associate in expanding it – the new associate will be busy immediately. Clinically, the practice allows associates to set their own schedule and pace. This is a partnership track with a defined timeline.

• Generous base with production bonus
• Full benefits – 3 weeks vacation, 1 week CE with reimbursement, and sign on bonus
• 2 year partnership track – 3 year equal share buy in
• Practice will support associate in designing and equipping a new clinic

Requirements: M.D./D.O. and Board Certified/Eligible. Have/will complete Pediatric Ophthalmology Fellowship
