How do we find the Right Optometrist or Ophthalmologist for Your Practice?
Recruiting is not a matter of placing a few ads and crossing your fingers that the right candidate will respond. It is a disciplined, never-ending process. On average, it takes ETS Vision 850 calls to make a placement. Less than 10% of our placements are made as a result of direct candidates' responses to internet ads. More than 90% of candidates were contacted by other means, often, months or years prior to initiating your search. On a weekly basis, we initiate contact with hundreds of candidates across the country using proven methods and techniques.

- Navy - Emails, faxes or phone calls will go to every accessible Optometric or Ophthalmic Officer in the Navy.
- Air Force - Emails, faxes or phone calls will go to every accessible Optometric or Ophthalmic Officer in the Air Force.
- College Recruiting
- We make every effort to contact future Optometrists and Ophthalmologists in their final year of school to make them aware of current opportunities and to build relationships that may lead to future placements.
- Practice Database
- We have access to contact information for virtually Eye Care practice in the U.S. We actively contact local practices to see if any local Optometrists or Ophthalmologists are interested in your opportunity.
- Huge Candidate Database (Referrals)
- Every week we contact or cold call hundreds of potential Optometrist and Ophthalmologist candidates. Even if a candidate is not a fit for a search today, we stay in touch with the doctor throughout his/her career. Roughly half of our placements result from re-contacting candidates we screened many months or years before and asking if they know of any colleagues who may be interested in your opportunities.
