Access to Unadvertised Opportunities — Many of our client practices need to keep their search for a new Associate, Partner or Potential Buyer highly confidential so they do not lose patients or alarm key staff members. We provide them with a highly discreet and very effective way to search for the right candidate. Typically the best opportunities are never advertised.
  4. National Database of Associate and Practice Opportunities — Every week we are in contact with hundreds of practices across the country. If you are interested in a specific area, chances are we have an opportunity there, or will have shortly. Many times a practice owner will tell us to call back in two years when they are ready. We record this information and keep in contact with these practices over time. We often connect practices and candidates before they are "officially" looking.
  5. Confidentiality — Most of the candidates we work with are Associates, Partners or even practice owners who need to keep their job search discreet. If you need to keep your search confidential, replying to a blind advertisement, posting your information on a job board, or relying on your local network are sure ways to tip off the wrong people that your are looking.
